I owned a 94. That looks like a dangerous undertaking. I see he made no mention of the health of the turbo, of the dastardly brake booster, or any of the many fluid leaks and electronic gremlins (well, all of his windows work, which is better than I could manage, despite 3 years of trying).
The best thing about these cars is the motor. The second best is the sucker who takes it off your hands.
